Traditional productivity advice wasn’t made for your brain

Bold Flow: Executive Functioning for ADHD Leaders

Curriculum

Our kick-off conversation will include strategic planning & road mapping based on your individual goals.

Throughout your intensive, various coaching strategies, tools & assessments will be utilized.

While your journey will be highly-personal, here is the general flow you can expect:

STEP 1:

ADHD Leadership Audit

A science-backed deep dive into how your brain works (executive functioning, dopamine regulation, time perception, and decision fatigue).

  • Identify your strengths (hyperfocus, creativity, intuition, big-picture thinking).

  • Pinpoint the friction points: procrastination, task-switching, overwhelm, “doom piles.”

  • Explore how ADHD shows up in your leadership style (and where it’s actually an asset).

  • Normalize the experience with evidence (ADHD isn’t laziness—it’s wiring).

Outcome: You’ll finally see the full picture of how your ADHD brain leads — and stop treating it like a problem to fix.

STEP 2:

System Design for ADHD Brains

Scaffolding that makes sense for you, not productivity gurus on the internet.

  • Build capture + planning systems that don’t collapse by week two.

  • Create prioritization frameworks (so everything doesn’t feel urgent at once).

  • Use tools that actually play well with ADHD (visual systems, accountability loops, external cues).

  • Streamline workflows so brilliance isn’t buried under chaos.

Outcome: Custom systems that reduce decision fatigue and keep you moving forward.

STEP 3:

Energy & Dopamine Toolkit

Motivation strategies rooted in neuroscience.

  • Learn how to leverage novelty + urgency without relying on last-minute panic.

  • Build rituals for activating dopamine naturally (movement, environment shifts, rewards).

  • Design an energy rhythm that prevents boom-bust cycles.

  • Reframe rest as a productivity tool, not a guilty indulgence.

Outcome: More consistent focus and energy without the shame spiral of “why can’t I just…?”

STEP 4:

Leadership Confidence

Own ADHD as your edge, not your liability.

  • Reframe ADHD traits as leadership superpowers (creativity, innovation, intuition, empathy).

  • Build confidence in how you communicate, delegate, and lead.

  • Develop strategies for when rejection sensitivity or self-doubt shows up.

  • Practice advocating for your needs without apology.

Outcome: You lead from grounded confidence — not constant overcompensation.

STEP 5:

Decision-Making Mastery (new)

Because ADHD brains can spiral in “paralysis by analysis.”

  • Evidence-based tools to simplify complex decisions.

  • Frameworks for knowing when to go with your gut vs. gather more data.

  • Reduce overwhelm by shrinking choices into manageable experiments.

  • Use nervous system regulation to avoid reactive choices.

Outcome: Faster, calmer, more confident decisions — even under pressure.

STEP 6:

Integration & Flow Practices

Rituals + structures that keep you steady long after the intensive.

  • Anchor new habits using behavioral science (cue, reward, repetition).

  • Create daily/weekly “flow practices” to keep momentum.

  • Build sustainable accountability structures.

  • Celebrate wins (because ADHD brains thrive on micro-rewards).

Outcome: A leadership rhythm that’s sustainable, not sprint → crash → repeat.

past client wins

Meet Coach Andrea

I’m not hyper-niched – and that’s the point.

After 15 years of doing this work, I’ve coached VPs, surgeons, founders, and creatives. I’ve launched profitable service-, product-, and community-based businesses – making multiple 6-figures.

I’m a trained dietitian, certified intuitive eating counselor, nervous system nerd, strengths champion, leadership coach, and purpose guide.

Oh and I have ADHD and I’m a highly sensitive person (HSP) out here designing her own bold life.

It all matters. You’re not a niche –you’re a whole human. And this work supports all of you.

Don’t let the bright colors and playful language fool you. I take being excellent at my job very seriously.

It turns out, you’ll do your best work when this feels a little less like pressure and a lot more like play.

Let’s Connect

There’s no commitment, pressure, or obligation.

You’ve made it this far... do a gut check. If this is giving you butterflies or lighting a little fire within you... if it is igniting excitement & maybe some nervous energy, you are on to something.

This is usually the intersection of your purpose, where all the magic & growth happens.

Lean into it. Let’s connect and give you more information to work with. You can ask questions and see if this is the right fit for you.
